Returns Policy
WHAT can be returned?
Goods that are found to be faulty due to manufacturing error or other reason outside the control of the customer may be returned for a refund.
Any goods may be exchanged for other goods of equal value if the customer is unsatisfied with their original selection. Items of higher value can be acquired by exchange on payment of the difference in value.
Goods purchased by special order are not eligible for return and exchange.
Customers returning goods for exchange where an exchange item cannot be selected or is unavailable, may be issued with a credit note equal to the value of the original purchase. This note can be redeemed any time up to 12 months from the date of original purchase.
WHEN do items need to be returned by?
Goods returned for exchange or for refund should be returned within 5 business days of the purchase date.
WHERE do items need to be returned to?
Goods returned for exchange or refund need to be presented or mailed to the shop premises at 117 Keen St Lismore.
HOW do customers return items?
Goods returned for exchange or refund must be accompanied by a receipt that documents the purchase, and provided at the time of purchase.
SHIPPING for returns?
Any cost of freight of goods returned for refund will be paid by the shop. Freight costs of goods returned for exchange will be paid by the customer.

CREDIT for returns?
Where refunds are appropriate, customers may be provided cash or a credit to their EFT purchase card.
Packing materials?
All goods returned for exchange must be unused, in the original packaging with labelling intact.
